District Athletics

Hi everyone,

For those attending District Athletics tomorrow, the bus will be leaving at 9:00am sharp and so you should aim to be in the gym between 8:30 and 8:45am.

Also Casey Fields can be cold, wet and windy so dress for the conditions. Please bring a drink bottle, snacks, lunch and asthma medication if required. School uniform to be worn to and from the event.

I will try and blog the schedule later tonight.

Fundraising Success!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to our wonderful community for raising over $1500 for Monash Children’s Cancer Centre. Today the Beacy Spirit was in full force as we got around one of our own who is currently undergoing chemotherapy at Monash Hospital. Luke spoke beautifully on Monday at assembly about his beloved Beaconsfield Football Club and it was amazing to see that his school has also supported a cause that directly affects him.

Tune into The Footy Show tomorrow night (Thursday) where you will see Luke on TV throughout the ‘My Room Telethon’ supporting Monash Children’s Cancer Centre.

Thank you again for today’s efforts!

Luke P

Miss Jacobsen’s Tricky Problem

Mum, Dad and 2 kids have come to a river and they find a boat. It is small and can only carry one adult or 2 kids at a time. Both kids are good rowers, but how can the whole family reach the other side of the river without swimming?

We had a ball at the MCG Excursion!
